Immersed in the beauty of the PNW, experience moments of connection through conversation, movement, contemplation, and play. The retreat will host yoga and meditation sessions, a cacao ceremony, games, communal meals, and personal reflection. We are here to build community and create a space for others to show up as their whole selves.

Kicking off the retreat, Saturday June 8th at 10am will be introductions, games, and yoga. Into the evening we will embark into reflection and create safe spaces for expression. Group meals will be provided including a large dinner Saturday night, and breakfast Sunday morning June 9th before the retreat concludes at 12pm.
